John Bachman was raised in south Florida and attended Florida State University where he obtained a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Speech and Lanugage Pathology.  After working six years in this helping profession, he decided to return to Florida State and attend law school where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with honors in 1989.  He then moved with his family to Orlando where he worked for five years at Zimmerman, Shuffield, Kiser and Sutcliffe handling workers' compensation cases at the trial and appellate level including arguing before the Florida Supreme Court.

In 1996, John changed firms and began representing people who were injured on the job.  This turned out to be more in line with his interest in helping individuals who were confused or frustrated by the Florida Workers' Compensation Law or who were being denied benefits which they were entitled to.  He also began representing individuals who had applied for and been denied Social Security Disability. 

In 2006, John opened his own law firm, the Law Office of John C. Bachman, PA.  In addition to workers' compensation and social security disability, he now accepts cases involving personal injuries from auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites and other similar civil cases.  John has also been a Florida Supreme Court Circuit-Civil Mediator.
